Pastoral Supervision

Pastoral Supervision to reflect on your ministry so you can be the best for those you serve

Pastoral Supervision is for Pastors, Chaplains and Christian Ministry Workers to reflect on their practice so they can be the best for those they serve.

As a Pastoral Supervisor, I am passionate about supporting Pastors, Chaplains and Ministry Workers. I have my own personal journey of burnout from working in Christian Ministry and I discovered that burnout is deeper than the work environment. I enjoy supporting those in Christian work settings, so you feel seen and heard.

My experience in Christian Ministry spans from being a Youth Leader at a young age, overseeing Youth Ministries in Churches, being a School Chaplain through to supporting Chaplains in a Regional Manager role.

Christian work environments are unique, and I have a very good understanding of the idiosyncrasies that come with a ministry context.

What can I expect in a Pastoral Supervision session?

In Pastoral Supervision, I will spend time getting to know you and specifically your work or ministry setting.

We will have professional discussions about your church or ministry setting including; how to approach situations, how to navigate leading teams and challenging relationships, setting boundaries, learning self-care and of course some theological discussions which inform how you go about your ministry.

Pastoral supervision with me is about coming as an imperfect believer of Jesus and wrestling with all the human things that you experience in your ministry role.
