Today’s tip to reduce the stigma of Mental Illness in our society is:
R U OK? Day is a day in September, set aside to educate and encourage people to ask someone in their life, R U OK? This is about asking “How are you going? I mean, how are you really going?” If we do not ask, we do not know.
So I encourage you today. Even though it’s not officially R U OK? Day, ask someone in your life, How are you really going? How is work going, how are things at home?
